The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is the elaboration of the design project and the technological part of the apartment building. The first part of this thesis contains a textual part of the project documentation for the issue of a building permit according to Decree No. 405/2017 Coll., Annex No. 12 to Decree No. 499/2006 [1], in the extent of the accompanying report and the technical report. Next part of the thesis is the drawing part of the project documentation for the issue of a building permit. The technological part of the bachelor’s thesis contains technological process of the foundations of the apartment, the itemized budget and the work safety of the solved technological phase. The proposed building is a new three-storey, non-basement apartment building, located in Ostrava-Bartovice. The building will be solved from the elements of the YTONG [25] building system.
