Abstract

The thesis aims to ascertain the importance of business diagnostics and therapeutics as a tool for the identifying of key problems that may threaten the company and cause a crisis. In the thesis are applied diagnostics and therapeutics of problems and crisis, which belongs to the global diagnostics. The thesis contains the theory, which is applied of a specific company in the second part of thesis. The application part contains descriptions of the characteristics of the company: the basic characteristics of firms, a typology of company, organizational structure, business climate, business environment, marketing and business strategy and assessment financial affair company. In describing the characteristics of company is to identify the problems comprehensively, with all contexts. Identified problems point out the possibility of a crisis. Based identified problems with defining key problems and their causes. Through the third part (Current status analysis) are suggested recommendations, which causes the key problems the company will remove or eliminate. Suggestions and recommendations replaced therapeutics, without that indispensable Therapeutics. In the thesis used these methods and tools: interviews through personal interview, self-observation, secondary data collection, probl em analysis, some methods of financial analysis and causal analysis.
