Abstract

The dissertation define demands for access roads and fire ascending areas for Units of Integrated emergency system and chart situation in town distrikt Ostrava – Jih. In introduction of dissertation is summary of motorism development in The Czech republic and cascading problems with the present state of traffic situation on panel neighbourhood unit . In this part are defined demands for ascending areas and access roads for Units of Integrated emergency system and possibility solutions to indisposed situation through the use of heliport. At the close of dissertation are offered solutions to improvement capacity of access roads to block of flats and unblocking fire ascending areas.
