Hodnocení motivace a pracovní spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve výrobním podniku

Abstract

This thesis deals with evaluation of motivation and satisfaction of employees in selected production company. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The content of the theoretical part is the definition of motivation and work satisfaction. There are analyzed sources of motiovation, theory of motivation and individual motivational tools. There is also a detailed characteristic of work satisfaction. The practical part is characterized by a production company in which a questionnaire survey is carried on motivation and employee satisfaction.
