Abstract
This master thesis deals with a work instructions digitalization using video manuals. The first part focuses on a description of Industry 4.0 and new technologies, knowledge management and documented information. In the second part of this thesis a methodology of work instructions digitalization was designed and then it was applied in a selected organization.
