Krizové situace při užívání vzduchového dýchacího přístroje

Abstract

The bachelor thesis examines possible crisis situations that may occur when using pressurised air breathing apparatus in fire protection units. A literature search has been carried out to describe the various possible damages and the known procedures for dealing with these situations where the breathing apparatus is damaged. The thesis is focused on solving problems with apparatus used in professional units of the Fire Rescue Service of the Moravian-Silesian Region. The introductory part of the work presents the basic principle of respiratory physiology. Subsequently, it is devoted to the overview of breathing apparatus used in professional fire protection units. The main aim of the work is to identify possible damage to individual components of breathing equipment and to present solutions to these problems. The thesis concludes with a practical verification of these methods. The results of this work can serve as a useful resource for the purpose of professional training of fire protection units.
