Realizace zařízení pro holterovské měření elektrogastrografických záznamů a jejich vyhodnocení

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to implement a device capable of recording the electrical activity of the stomach using the Holter approach. The work aimed to create a device that will be able to record gastric activity and then store the measured data without the need for an internet or PC connection. For initial measurements and testing of the filter, an EGG signal simulator was first designed, which was able to generate a signal with a frequency corresponding to the activity of the stomach. These tests were followed by the measurement itself on a circuit connected to a non-solderable field. After a series of tests, a board was designed in the Eagle program, which contains all the parts necessary to build a device for Holter tracking.
