Návrh procesu implementace GDPR ve školství

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá implementací požadavků GDPR ve školách. Cílem této práce je navržení nezbytných kroků správné implementace požadavků GDPR spojených se zavedením kamerového systému na soukromém gymnáziu. Dílčím cílem práce je navržení obecných kroků prvotní implementace požadavků GDPR ve školských organizacích, které se doposud tímto problémem nezabývaly. Nejprve jsou zmapována teoretická východiska řízení projektů společně s právním rámcem GDPR. Následně jsou popsány důležité metody projektového řízení, je analyzováno prostředí školy a hlavní požadavky GDPR. Na základě těchto poznatků jsou v aplikační části navrženy podrobné kroky implementace GDPR.

The thesis deals with implementation of GDPR requirements for schools. The main goal of this thesis is to design steps necessary for correct implementation of these requirements in context of the introduction of CCTV at a private high school. Along with this there is another aim which is to design general steps of the initial implementation of GDPR requirements in school organizations, which have not yet dealt with this problem. First, the theoretical basis of project management is mapped out, together with the GDPR legal framework. Next, important methods of project management are described, followed by the analysis of the school's environment and the main requirements of GDPR. Based on these findings, designed steps of the GDPR implementation process are discussed in the application section.
