Aplikace kaizen metody ve Střední odborné škole Educa

Abstract

Cílem této práce je nalezení problémů Střední odborné školy Educa a zjištění způsobu odstranění těchto problémů pomocí aplikace filozofie Kaizen. Důležitou částí této práce je analytická část, ve které dochází k analyzování činnosti managementu. Využitím nástrojů Kaizen došlo k nalezení způsobů, které by zajistily řešení zjištěných nedostatků. Výsledky této práce by mohl management školy využít pro zvýšení své konkurenceschopnosti.

The aim of this Thesis is to determine the problems of the high school Educa and to find out the ways of addressing them based on the application of the Kaizen philosophy. The important part of this Thesis is the analytical part, in which the activities of the management are analysed. Using the Kaizen tools the means were found, which would assure solutions to the discovered deficiencies. The results of this Thesis could be used by the management of the school for increasing its competitiveness.
