Rozvoj přístupů k plánování kvality pro podmínky Průmyslu 4.0

Abstract

The current trend associated with the digitalization and automation of production, known as Industry 4.0, offers new opportunities to streamline quality planning processes and better utilize their outputs in other quality management processes. This work focuses on developing and adapting existing approaches to quality planning in light of these new conditions. The solution's objective is to propose improvements in the information management of inputs and outputs of individual quality planning processes and to enhance their utilization in other quality management processes. The work includes an analysis of the quality planning model from a corporate practice perspective. Based on this analysis, a reference model was developed, describing the structure of information inputs and outputs for ten individual quality planning processes. Ninety key information inputs were identified and evaluated based on their frequency of use and overall importance. The outcome of the work is a proposal for a Standardized Procedure to improve the information management of inputs. This procedure also includes improvements in the accessibility of selected information inputs, enabling more efficient data integration between quality planning and other quality management processes. The proposals were validated in industrial practice. An evaluation using a Checklist was conducted to identify improvements before and after implementing the improvement proposals. The analyzed company experienced improvements in all information inputs, with an average improvement of 65percentage points.
