ICT ve vzdělávání handicapovaných osob

Abstract

This thesis deals with the problem of information and communication technologies in the life of the handicapped. Detail is focused on the use of ICT in the education of pupils with special educational needs. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the available ICT tools to facilitate the education of the handicapped. The operational objective is to prepare an analysis of the current status and needs in the field of ICT at Elementary School in Chomutov, which is attended by pupils with special educational needs. The practical part of the thesis is the design and implementation of educational software for children with special educational needs focused on working with money in order to understand the value of money.
