Zjištění a rozbor pracovních úrazů ve s.r.o. Siemens Frenštát pod Radhoštěm

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of occupational injuries in Inc. Siemens Frenštát pod Radhoštěm. The first section introduces the legal standards regarding the issues of occupational injuries. Next, the factory itself is introduced and the statistical analysis is carried out for occupational accidents in the last 23 years. Furthermore, the appointed programs of Occupational Health and Safety, which are implemented in the factory, are listed. The last section looks in detail at the occupational injuries that occurred in the last 5 years, including the statistics for the number of days each employee was incapacitated for. Based on this, the riskiest workplace in the factory was evaluated to be the factory production sector - Winding. An analysis of this workplace was performed, including an assessment of the sources and causes of accidents.
