Návrh metodiky pro hodnocení odolnosti provizorních úkrytů

Abstract

This thesis is concerned with the issue of population protection. It analyses contemporary system of sheltering of the population in Czech Republic with particular regard on Moravskoslezský kraj. It deals with shelter division and particularly with the field of temporary sheltering. Then there is an evaluation of resilience of five selected buildings suitable for building temporary shelters, calculation of their protective factor and consequent strengthening of thein protective attributes. In the next part there is the calculation of maximum time of staying of people in the temporary shelter. According to my findings and by evaluation of current methodology I designed measures for its greater efficiency and shortcomings removal.
