Optimalizace nakládání s gastroodpadem ve vybraných školních zařízeních

Abstract

Diplomová práce se v teoretické části zabývá analýzou množství a vlastností produkovaného gastroodpadu z kuchyní a jídelen ve vybraných školních zařízeních v okrese Chomutov a charakterního způsobu, jak je s předmětným druhem odpadů nakládáno v návaznosti s platnou legislativou. Na základě předmětného výzkumu bylo provedeno posouzení, zda samotná skladba jídel, lokalita, ve které se příslušná škola nachází, sociální poměry rodin žáků apod. mohou ovlivnit objem vzniklého gastroodpadu. Metodická část obsahuje popis samotného experimentu, který spočívá v podání žádosti o dotaci na pořízení a instalaci elektrického kompostéru v řešené škole, jakož i praktické realizování tohoto postupu zpracování gastroodpadu. Závěr přináší vyhodnocení provedeného experimentu z hlediska jeho výhod, nevýhod i ekonomického vyúčtování.

The Diploma thesis in the theoretical part deals with the analysis of the quantity and properties of gastrowaste produced from kitchens and canteens in selected school establishments in the district of Chomutov and the character of the way in which the type of waste is treated in connection with Legislation. Based on the research, An assessment was made as to whether the composition of the food itself, the locality in which the relevant school is located, the social conditions of the pupils ' families, etc. May affect the volume of gastrowaste generated. The Methodical part contains a description of the experiment itself, which consists of applying for a subsidy. For the acquisition and installation of an electric composter in the solved school, as well as the practical implementation of this gastro-waste treatment process. The Conclusion is an evaluation of the experiment carried out in terms of its advantages, disadvantages and economic bill.
