Analýza a komparácia managementu futbalových klubov

Abstract

My thesis deals with analysis of the two football clubs, of which one is Slovak and the second is Czech. The work is thus to analyze the teams and their subsequent comparison in terms of management. To obtain all necessary information needed to achieve that goal, I did interviews with club managers and used method to questionnaires. To have the information processed and then interpreted clearly, I created a SWOT analysis and a variety of charts. In the final summary, I presented my observations and recommendations for the clubs.
