Měření a vyhodnocení pracovní atmosféry v provozech nanotechnologického průmyslu

Abstract

Nanotechnology has great potential in many sectors, including healthcare, energy, electronics and industry. The Czech Republic has a strong research base in this area and a number of innovative companies that have the potential to become leaders in the field of nanotechnology. Nanoparticles can be encountered in virtually every environment. The dissertation is focused on their quantity in various operational and technical environments, and the title "Measurement and evaluation of the working atmosphere in the operations of the nanotechnology industry" implies its importance and relevance of detailed scientific investigation. As part of the experiments, the amount of nanoparticles will be analyzed and the sizes of the generated nanoparticles will be determined in the examined units of the technical infrastructure. In the individual chapters, the dissertation analyzes the methods of production in different environments and then presents the analysis of the measured values in different parts of the production technology on graphs and tables. A very important part of the work is also the chapter on the toxicology of nanoparticles. The outputs from the conducted experiments will have the potential to expand knowledge about the occurrence of nanoparticles in the working environment in real conditions. Furthermore, it will make it possible to consider the elimination of their negative impact on human health.
