Psycho-sociální aspekty práce a pracovního prostředí operátora výrobní společnosti

Abstract

This thesis handles the subject of psycho-social aspects of work and the influence of working environment. The first part defines terms used in this thesis. The second part contains working environment risk factors, their description and law application. These factors influence psychic and social perception of a worker in production. They are analyzed in the company using questionnaire. Gained results are described and visualised in the third part of my thesis.
