Návrh polyfunkčního domu v ulici Nádražní, Moravská Ostrava

Abstract

The subject of this bachelor thesis is an infill building project - a multifunctional house in Nádražní street in Moravská Ostrava. The gap site resulted from the demoliton of existing object in 2006. The thesis presents two options for a new multifunctional house realization together with the detailed elaboration of the variant chosen. It further includes suggestions for connection to underground services, layby areas for company cars, necessary ground shaping and street furniture layout. The present work contains the economic evaluation of the project as well. The natural incorporation of the planned object in the core part of urban area was emphasized.
