Abstract

This thesis deals with the payroll system in the selected company. The aim is to analyse this payroll system and then evaluate if it set correctly. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first one deals with the legislation wages and payroll system. There are described forms of wage, its functions and more. In the second part of the thesis is described the payroll system in a company, which is being analysed. Subsequently, the payroll system is evaluated by comparing with the legislation and it is suggested to recommendations or solving possible problems.
