Využití výstražných materiálů v rámci Integrovaného záchranného systému

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou vyuţívání reflexních materiálů u sloţek Integrovaného záchranného systému. První kapitola definuje základní pojmy v oblasti reflex-ních materiálů, jejich funkce, historii, fyzikální podstatu a dále pak popisuje historický a současný systém zdolávání mimořádných událostí v České republice. Druhá kapitola podává přehled o konkrétním vyuţívání reflexních materiálů na oblečení u dotčených sloţek. Ve třetí kapitole se autor snaţí navrhnout několik konkrétních změn v uţívání reflexních materiálů, vedoucí ke zvýšení bezpečnosti a zlepšení orientace na místě mimořádné události na taktické i strategické úrovni řízení zásahu.

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of usage of warning materials by the joint rescue system. First chapter defines the basic concepts in the area of reflective materials, their function, history, physical structure and furthermore it describes the past and contemporary system of dealing with emergency in the Czech Republic. Second chapter focuses on the overview of the concrete usage of reflective materials. In the third chapter, author suggests a few concrete changes in the usage of reflective maerials, which would lead to bigger safety as well as to improvement of orientation at the place of emergency on a tactic as well as stra-tegic level.
