Abstract
The aim of diploma thesis is introduce to functioning of the Cohesion Fund on the european and national level through mapping the theoretical bases of economic and social cohesion of the EU during the programming period 2007 - 2013. The diploma thesis is also focused on evaluate the using of the Cohesion Fund in the analysis of material and financial progress of the Transport Operational Programme and Environment Operational Programme.
