Restaurace v jezdeckém areálu, Horní Suchá

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá architektonickým návrhem samostatně stojící restaurace situované v jezdeckém areálu v obci Horní Suchá, část Podolkovice. Cílem práce bylo vypracování projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby dle platné legislativy, konkrétně vyhlášky č. 131/2024 Sb., o dokumentaci staveb. Návrh vychází z urbanistické analýzy území a architektonické studie zpracované v rámci předmětů Ateliérová tvorba 3, 4 a 5, které byly dále rozvinuty a upraveny do podoby realizační dokumentace. Součástí práce je textová část zahrnující průvodní, souhrnnou a technickou zprávu a dále výkresová dokumentace s půdorysy, řezy, pohledy, vizualizacemi a detaily. Specializace práce je zaměřena na architekturu.

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the architectural design of a standalone restaurant located within an equestrian complex in the village of Horní Suchá, Podolkovice district. The main objective of the thesis is to develop construction documentation in accordance with current legislation, specifically Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., on building documentation. The design is based on a site analysis and an architectural study prepared as part of the subjects Studio Design 3, 4, and 5, which were subsequently expanded and refined into final construction documentation. The thesis includes a written section with the accompanying, summary, and technical reports related to the project and site, as well as a set of drawings featuring floor plans, sections, elevations, visualizations, and construction details. The specialization of the thesis is architecture.
