Abstract
This bachelor thesis in the second chapter clarifies the basic adjustment of labor-law relations and wage problems. The third chapter contains the methodology of wages calculation, including a comparison of wage compensation and sick benefit during temporary disability in 2010 and 2011. The fundamental elements of wage are made in the accounts. The last chapter focuses on the collective agreement the two organizations, the system of remuneration is the basis for calculation examples.
