Abstract

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to develop technological regulation of construction site of nursing home on the 1st floor, which aims to identify and describe general rules when walling vertical structures and the implementing ceiling structures. It also includes the creation of project documentation for building permission, building site equipment and itemized budget with the time schedule for implementation of the construction sitein 1st floor. The bachelor thesis has 44 pages.

The building has a rectangular shape and is designed from the system POROTHERM. It is a four-floor, three floors are above ground and one underground. Inside is divided into two separate parts, which are not internally connected together and each has its own main entrance. Single casing flat roof of the building is drained into the disposition.
