Hodnocení finančního zdraví podniku

Abstract

Finanční analýza nabízí velmi rozmanité množství metod, jak zhodnotit finanční zdraví firmy. Vychází z dat minulých, ale i současných, díky čemuž lze odhadnout další vývoj společnosti. Pomocí finančního rozboru jsou poodhaleny slabé i silné stránky, které pro firmu znamenají konkurenční výhodu. Cílem diplomové práce je diagnostikovat finanční zdraví společnosti Prest Přerov a.s. za období let 2008 – 2012 a to vybranými metodami a modely finanční analýzy. Diplomová práce se rozkládá na teoretickou část, jejíž součástí je stručná charakteristika vybrané společnosti a další část práce je věnována praxi. Teoretická část bude věnována teoriím o metodách a modelech použitých při finančním rozboru společnosti. Zásadním prvkem celé diplomové práce je praktická část, která se zaměřuje na horizontální a vertikální analýzu společnosti. Dále je zkoumán vývoj poměrových ukazatelů a to za celé uvedené období, včetně srovnání výsledných hodnot vybraných ukazatelů s průměrnými hodnotami odvětví. Konec tohoto oddílu se bude zabývat souhrnnými modely hodnocení finanční společnosti. V závěru diplomové práce jsou shrnuty poznatky, získané aplikováním jednotlivých metod a modelů.

Financial analysis offers a very diverse number of methods to evaluate the financial health of the company . Based on past data , as well as contemporary , making it possible to estimate the further development of the company. With the financial analysis are unveiling the strengths and weaknesses that the company competitive advantage. The aim of the thesis is to diagnose the financial health of the company as Prest Prerov for the period 2008 - 2012 and selected methods and models of financial analysis. The thesis covers the theoretical part, the part is a brief description of the selected company and another part is devoted to practice. The theoretical part will be devoted to theories about the methods and models used in the financial analysis of the company. An essential element of the thesis is the practical part , which focuses on horizontal and vertical analysis of the company . It is also studied the development of ratios and for the whole of that period , including a comparison of the resulting values of selected parameters with the average values . The end of this section will deal with the summary financial evaluation models of the company. In conclusion, the thesis summarizes the findings obtained by applying the different methods and models.
