Diagnostika adaptačního procesu ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

The master's thesis focuses on analyzing the adaptation process within a specific organization to determine the suitability of introducing a handbook for new employees. The aim of the study is to understand the organization's approach to the adaptation of new employees and identify their needs for improving future organizational adaptation processes. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with defining key topics such as human resources management and the adaptation process, drawing on relevant literature. The practical part is based on analyzing the adaptation of new employees through semi-structured interviews with organization staff. Part of this analysis also involves assessing the need for and usefulness of a potential handbook for new employees. The results of this analysis are presented in the conclusion of the thesis, and recommendations regarding the possibility of introducing a handbook for new employees are formulated based on these findings.
