Dlouhodobé monitorování glukózy v průtokovém systému

Abstract

The main objective of this bachelor thesis was to select and optimize the most suitable method for long-term glucose monitoring in a flow system. The thesis focuses on the selection and optimiza- tion of the enzyme immobilization method for a glucose detection biosensor, with an emphasis on evaluating the sensor’s stability during repeated measurements over an extended period. Initially, the preparation of the enzyme layer was carried out, followed by measurements using chronoam- perometry and cyclic voltammetry. The obtained data were then evaluated using linear regression analysis.
