Porovnání vybrané výškové techniky u HZS Královehradeckého kraje

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním vybrané výškové techniky u Hasičského záchranného sboru Královéhradeckého kraje, konkrétně automobilové plošiny AP 45 Bronto Skylift a automobilového žebříku AZ 40 Magirus. V úvodní části je charakterizován Královéhradecký kraj a popsáno plošné pokrytí území jednotkami požární ochrany. Následně práce obsahuje přehled výškové techniky u HZS kraje a analýzu statistických údajů o jejím nasazení při mimořádných událostech v letech 2023–2025. Další část se věnuje porovnání základních takticko-technických parametrů obou prostředků. Na toto porovnání navazuje praktické měření zaměřené na čas ustavení techniky a manipulaci s výložníkem. Práce dále popisuje praktické zkušenosti ze zásahové činnosti s výškovou technikou. V poslední části jsou na základě provedené analýzy a měření definovány hlavní výhody a nevýhody obou typů výškové techniky a formulována doporučení pro jejich vhodné nasazení v závislosti na podmínkách zásahu.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the comparison of selected aerial firefighting equipment used by the Fire Rescue Service of the Hradec Králové Region, specifically the aerial platform AP 45 Bronto Skylift and the aerial ladder AZ 40 Magirus. The introductory part characterizes the Hradec Králové Region and describes the territorial coverage provided by fire protection units. The thesis then presents an overview of aerial equipment used by the regional fire brigade and includes an analysis of statistical data related to its deployment during emergency incidents in the years 2023–2025. The following section focuses on the comparison of the basic tactical and technical parameters of both types of equipment. This comparison is complemented by practical measurements aimed at the time required for vehicle setup and manipulation of the boom. The thesis also describes practical experience gained from real emergency operations involving aerial equipment. In the final part, based on the analysis and measurements, the main advantages and disadvantages of both types of aerial equipment are identified, and recommendations for their appropriate deployment depending on the conditions of the intervention are formulated.
