Predikce deformačního chování při zápustkovém kování brzdového klíče

Abstract

This thesis deals with the prediction of the deformation behavior of the brake key which is made by die forging. Analyzed component braking system is actually produced and forms an integral part of the axle truck which is used as a working medium compressed air. The aim of this work is to investigate the deformation behavior of the stock during each operation die forging brake keys using a numerical modeling. The results, presented work that brings are discussed in terms of their practical than actually achieved values.
