The aim of this diploma thesis is to develop project documentation for home for the elderly in the stage for the construction according to Decree no. 405/2017 Coll. [1] amending Decree no. 499/2006 Coll. on building documentation [2], as amended by Decree no. 62/2013 Coll. [3] and Decree no. 169/2016 Coll. [4], as well at thermal technical assessment of peripheral structures and energy label of the building envelope according to ČSN 730540-2 (2011) [5] and static design and assessment of the reinforced concrete staircase arm. The project documentation is based on the attached architectural study.
