Abstract

The thesis deals with designing an appropriate strategy for the company. The theoretical part defines terms relating to this issue, with an emphasis on the SWOT analysis. Here it is characterized by the company, as well as five other competing companies within the mapping competition. In the practical part I made the identification and assessment of the strengths and weaknesses, and then identifying and evaluating opportunities and threats in the selected company and the other two that I have for her biggest competition. Then for all three companies to compile SWOT matrix, where I was for each of the four strategies recommended specific proposals. Conclusion contains the summary of the issues and proposals and recommendations for the company.
