Abstract

Goal of this bachelors thesis is to design, create and implement an information system focused on evidence of hockey equipment. This Information system will replace currently inefficient way of evidence. It will simplify administration of statistics about individual player usage, evidence of discarded equipment and borrowing equipment to youth team. Selected parts of aplication will be still functional without access to online database, so it would posible to use it when the team is away from home enviroment and other situations when needed.
