Abstract
Bachelor's thesis deals with proposal of internal guidelines for the EUROPE Cargo Trans, s.r.o. company. In the beginning part, there are defined basic theoretical elements, which concern creation of internal guidelines. There are mentioned basic information about meaning, division, form and creation of internal guidelines. Practical part is focused on analysis of business activity, which the accounting unit deals with. The particular kinds of regulation will be chosen based on the analysis. In the last part of bachelor's thesis we dedicate to proposal of chosen guidelines.
