Inovativní kompozity z recyklovaných materiálů automobilových dílů

Abstract

This thesis focuses on the study of composite materials using a seatbelt, polyamide 6.6, and aramid fibers as reinforcing elements. The main objective was to analyze the mechanical properties of these composites and their behavior under mechanical loading. The theoretical part examines different types of composite materials, their properties, and their potential applications in industrial sectors. In the experimental part, composite samples were prepared with various reinforcements, including a seatbelt, polyamide 6.6, and aramid fibers. These samples were then subjected to tensile testing and impact toughness testing using a Charpy hammer. The aim of the testing was to evaluate the strength and durability of the composite materials. Finally, the possibilities for optimizing the composition of these composite materials and their potential applications in various industrial fields are discussed.
