Abstract

The main objective of this dissertation was to create the engineering solution of a new passive house. The most important part of the concept was the design of the construction details with the minimalisation of the thermal bridges. The objectify consists in the comparison of the indicators and in determination of the total energy consumption of this house. The equipment of the heating, provided by the heat pump, takes part of the dissertation as well. The ventilation is forced. The heating of the heat water (TUV) is ensured by the solar collector. All these equipments are conducted from the central ventilation machine. The projected house satisfied all requirements and technical indicators for the passive houses.
