Analýza interní komunikace společnosti na trhu automobilového průmyslu

Abstract

The thesis is focused on corporate communications. On how it should be an internal communication set up correctly, what tools, resources, forms of communication should be used within the company that employees are informed and prevent data loss and information leaks, and what is needed to inform their employees do. The paper describes the communication within one of the largest family businesses in the Czech Republic. The main objective was to determine whether there is a difference in the perception of information to employees working at the computer desk and employees working in production. Work also explains the forms of communication that uses this company if the employees feel they are adequately and timely informed of all corporate events, whether they feel that the saturation of information, if done without the problems of communication between supervisors and subordinate staff. Were also measured their feelings on issues of hearing opinions, comments, requests of staff, etc. The necessary information regarding the satisfaction of employees were surveyed by questionnaire survey.
