Abstract

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to develop parts of the design documentation for the construction of a new building of a nursing home in Lhotka according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., as amended by Amendment No. 405/2017 Coll. on construction documentation. The project documentation, developed according to the scope of the attached assignment, contains a technical report and a drawing part of the architectural and construction solution. The project also includes a thermal technical assessment of the roof sheathing according to ČSN 73 0540-2 (2011) and a static calculation of a reinforced concrete staircase, including the drawing part. The work also included the development of an architectural study, on the basis of which the design documentation was subsequently drawn up. It is a three-story, non-basement building with a flat roof. The house is designed from Porotherm wall system and Spiroll prefabricated ceiling panels. The building envelope is insulated with the ETICS contact insulation system. The roof is flat, single-skinned, insulated with a coating made of PVC foil. The building includes 23 housing units intended for rental housing for persons requiring the assistance of nursing services.
