Návrh zástavby proluky v Ostravě-Přívoze

Abstract

In the bachelor thesis is worked up a design of buildings of a gap – site in place, where Mariánskohorská street crosses Chopinova street in Ostrava – Přívoz. The bachelor thesis is composed of a text and graphical section. The text section contains theoretical materials, a description and an analysis of present – day situation of the locality, a description of two variants of the design, an evaluation of economical demands of a chosen variant. The chosen variant is more elaborate. The graphical section contains drawings of present state of the locality and drawings of two variants of the design. In both variants is designed a multifunctional building, its connection with traffic and technical infrastructure and modifications of surroundings.
