Robotické a autonomní prostředky a jejich koordinace při využití v rámci Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky

Abstract

The main topic of this thesis is the use of robotic and autonomous means and their coordination during emergency response within the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the thesis provides a comprehensive overview of the available means for deployment on land, in the air and in water and also a search of the currently valid legislation related to the topic of deployment of these means. The practical part defines the conditions for the deployment of these means, the activities they are capable of performing and the areas where they can be used and deployed. Furthermore, a proposal for the composition of these means in fire protection units was developed, including a financial analysis and a concept of a container system for the management of operations with these means.
