Použití harmonizované mapovací struktury ložisek nerostů veřejného významu ve vybraném kraji na Slovensku

Abstract

The aim of this Diploma Thesis is to assess the applicability of harmonised mapping framework of the so called mineral deposits of public importance in Trenčín Region in Slovakia. For this purpose, a method based on the framework method proposed by European project MINATURA 2020 was elaborated and tested on a sample of 26 selected mineral deposits in this region. The thesis introduces the MINATURA 2020 Project and its concepts, and contains a detailed description of methods and the system of assessment of mineral deposits importance. It also describes the current mineral policy of the European Union, the Slovak Republic and of the Trenčín Region in the field of non-energy mineral resources. The selected area is characterized by its natural conditions, industry and mineral resources. The assessment of the applicability is accompanied by the results of testing and following recommendations. In conclusion, the overall benefits of the work are summarized.
