Pracovní migrace v České republice ve vztahu k Německu

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with labour migration in the Czech Republic with a special focus on Germany. The first part describes the theoretical background of migration, its classification and also people’s motivation why to migrate. The thesis concentrates especially on labour migration and on conditions enabling Czech people to work on the German job market. The second part analyses the amount of long-term and permanent foreign residents in the Czech Republic and it also concentrates on the amount of Czech people migrating abroad. The thesis contains the evaluation of a questionnaire made among university students in the Moravian-Silesian Region. Its aim was to find out their attitude to migration, to labour migration and to migration to Germany. The conclusion provides an evaluation of the present state, further it draws consequences from the survey and gives advice to potential migrants.
