Abstract
Thesis is aimed to the preparation of submicron and/or nanoparticles, of ibuprofen using supercritical fluid and their characterization. Theoretical part is focused on application of supercritical fluids for micronization of drugs, on study of temperature and pressure influence of supercritical fluid on morphology and size of produced particles and methods of testing of produced particles. In practical part of the thesis ibuprofen particles were prepared with using of commercially available device Spe-ed SFE-4, characterization of prepared particles was performed by methods of XRD, FTIR, PSD, SEM. In addition solubility tests and test of permeability were used to evaluate influence of particle size on availability in human organisms.
