Abstract

This thesis deals with the employment contract and the agreement issues out of employment. First part is focused on the theoretical commencement of the employment, the employment contracts and the agreements. The practical part contains the analysis of the employment contracts and the agreements outside employment of the selected employers. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate whether or not the companies enter into labour-law relations in accordance with the Labour Code that includes mandatory requirements and other arrangements and they do not contravene the legal regulations.
