Abstract

The thesis is focused on the training of staff in the company of Koito Czech s.r.o., which is one of the most important companies in the region of Žatec. In the first part is characterized by a society where is outlined profile, and development of the company up to the present day. In the second section describes the theoretical background, such as the importance of education, the education system and the systematic training of staff in the organization. The next section describes the process of education in the company of Koito Czech s.r.o. On the basis of questionnaires I did evaluate and propose solutions for any identified deficiencies. In conclusion, I assess the overall situation in society and describe reality that contends the measures to me.
