Abstract

This thesis treats selects Solvency and Bankruptcy modelling which are aplicated on chemical company KOMA, s.r.o.In the first part is described and defined Solvency and Bankruptcy models which are choisen to the most trustworthy and accurately described company. Next part is about choisen company, including history. The next section are applied models with results from 2005 to 2009 including ratios to the most accurately describe state the company. In the last part are designed the measures or remitted areas which the company could focus to have better results
