Abstract

Thesis Supervisor: Ing. Pavel Vlček Ph.D. The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the design and preparation of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in Frýdek Místek. The documentation has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of Decree No. 131/2024 Coll. The proposed building is a four-storey structure without a basement, comprising a total of ten residential units intended for permanent occupation. The thesis is divided into a textual part and a drawing part. The textual part covers a technical report drawn up in accordance with applicable regulations and standards, as well as a thermal assessment of selected building envelope structures (roof system). The drawing part contains architectural and structural drawings together with specifications and element schedules prepared in compliance with the requirements applicable to construction execution documentation.
