Abstract

This thesis focuses on the issue of job satisfaction and analyzes the factors that affect the overall job satisfaction of employees in L´Occitane Central Europe, s. r. o. The first part of the thesis deals with theoretical backgrounds and methods of measuring job satisfaction. The second part contains the practical part, in which a questionnaire survey is used to measure the job satisfaction of employees in the company. The aim of the thesis is to identify the factors with which employees are dissatisfied and to create recommendations leading to the improvement of job satisfaction.
