Abstract

The thesis ‘Competitiveness of a Manufacturing Company‘ is applied to the company Jelínek – výroba nábytku, s. r. o. The objective of this thesis is to assess the level of competitiveness of the company in terms of selected methods and suggest a solution to increase it. First of all the theoretical starting points of selected methods of competitiveness evaluation are described. In the second part the chosen company is characterized. Then there is an application of selected methods of competitiveness evaluation for this company. In the last part, suggestions and recommendations are formulated.
