Abstract

This diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of employee assessment system in a selected company. The aim of this thesis is to analyze an employee’s satisfaction of newly implemented employee assessment system in a selected company. Based on the data collected this thesis will provide recommendations leading to the improvement of current employee satisfaction assessment setup. The thesis is divided into two main parts – theoretical and practical one. Theoretical part is based on the expert literature and mainly focuses on the employee assessment process and other relevant activities. Second part is a practical one. Its introduction focuses on the selected company characteristics. The rest focuses on the employee satisfaction with newly implemented assessment metrics using questionnaire analysis method. The results are being analyzed and interpreted. The conclusion of this diploma thesis is dedicated to the additional proposals and recommendations for amendments to be made on the current assessment system in the company.
