Finance a vrcholový sport

Abstract

This thesis are processed by a comprehensive overview of the organization and financing of top-level sport in the Czech Republic with a focus on skiing In the first part there is explanation the role of state in national team sports representation with a detailed focus on individual state institutions, which are, under the Law no.115/2001 Col., about sports support, in this process. In the next section is addressed whether the use of EU structural funds to finance top-level sport. In conclusion, this work is included the issue of sponsorship (options, current status,...) including a proposal of possible solutions to current deficiencies.
